When I decided to put up my late mother in laws home for sale I had been clearing it out for over a year. I wanted to find the right person to sell this home that had been in the family since the early 1960's. it was important to me that the agent see the house and the previous owner with respect and dignity even though it was not the usual home for sale. I selected Diane Bruner on the recommendation of 2 or 3 separate friends, who do not know each other to my knowledge. I was told that she was a person that put her heart into each home she sold. I do not regret my decision one bit. Diane was a real friend who listened to everything I could possibly tell her about my unusual home and special circumstances. She was always positive and lifted my spirits when I felt it was taking too long or perhaps would not sell. I can't give high enough ratings here regarding Diane Bruners sales abilities. She was professional but always approachable. She went beyond the role of realtor and found a home for the last stray cat that lived at the property she was selling for me. That went straight to our hearts and lightened the load as well. Diane has such a warm personality you feel you are dealing with a dear friend. Everything was handled smoothly even at the end when the house was broken into Diane kept a steady head. I was so glad she was on my team. All in all I felt that I was in good capable hands from beginning to end. I can honestly say that Diane Bruner made the last few months of my three year ordeal with the home positive and upbeat.
