Seller reviewWe reached out to Diane for sale of our condominium after a disastrous experience with another agent/firm. Diane immediately grasped the nature of the sales challenge,(high value/high price) and during the onset of the Covid epidemic, which limited showings and in person visits. Diane put together a terrific video for the property that showed off its unique assets and identified its unique features. Once a buyer indicated interest, Diane was very good about follow-up. Once an initial offer was made, there were several rounds of addenda, and several difficult conversations and negotiations with the potential buyer. Diane always maintained an optimistic attitude and a patient outlook while dealing with these challenges, which continued up to the initial closing date...and beyond. The property was sold at close to asking price and with several concessions on closing costs. All in all, a very good and satisfying outcome as a result of working with Diane Bumiller.
