As a full-time Realtor, I am a people person who enjoys a challenge. Transitions in life aren't always easy. It is nice to have someone on your side who genuinely cares and looks out for our best interest and is willing to go the extra mile while keeping all lines of communication open. Personally, I have moved several times and know the stress related to real estate transactions; both being a buyer and/or seller. Seller reviewDiane was a wonderful broker to work with and she went well beyond any expectations I had. She is very caring and fully accommodated my special needs. I would choose Diane again and recommend her without any reservations (and I have already done so. I was fully confident in Diane's abilities in advertising my property. What she chose to do brought quick results, for which I was very grateful. I don't think anyone could have done more. Diane is an excellent agent and a joy to work with. Century 21 is an excellent Realty Service and highly recommended. I am happy to share my experience anytime I can. My overall experience was totally satisfactory and the entire process was excellent. Because of my disability, Diane brought all paperwork to me, including the closing process. She made sure all my needs were met while I was in the moving process and showed personal concerns many times. I can't thank her enough for all her help.

Seller reviewDiane Collier is polite, respectful and very focused on the services she provides for her clients and she strives at providing the best quality of service possible, by listening to their ALL their wants and needs. She provides quick turn around with information and does everything within her means to work around the clients schedule and timing in acquiring signed documents, etc. More important than anything, was that she would call every once in awhile just to touch base with us and see if there was anything she could assist us with. We have purchased and sold several homes in the last 30 years and have never experience this type of awesome and stress free service till now. I fully recommend Century21 and Diane Colliers service, because they truly work FOR their client and with their clients best interests in mind.

Seller reviewDiane Collier is a person you see and know she likes her job and speaks highly of how much she enjoys working for Century 21. This won me over right away. I like the way the company is. She puts you right at ease and i knew i was in safe good hands and let her do her job. It turned out the beat thing i did. Everythng was just the way i wanted it presented. She cares avout the smallest thing you want. She is professional all the way and explains the company which is important to me. Diane is one of the best.
