I am so happy to be working at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I have been a REALTOR® for over 20 years and have won many awards, surpassed many goals and love what I do! In my career I have achieved many designations and successes including Top 10 Producer, Top Referring Agent, Centurion Team Agent, Branch Sales Training Director, Office Image Award Winner and my very first year I was named Rookie of the Year. I am originally from Michigan and enjoyed several years in Colorado before settling in Southern California to pursue my Real Estate Career. I recently left Palm Springs California and moved here to Florida to take care of my parents and decided to get into the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant to better assist them. Her knowledge and expertise of the market quickly made that the best decision I could have made. Following her advise for preparing, marketing and pricing resulted in the sale, at a great price, in less than 2 weeks. Seller reviewThis was the best realtor experience I've ever had. From the very beginning Diane assembled a complete sales package, paid personal attention to every detail of preparing the property for sale, and conducted numerous open houses. Even when other realtors were conducting open houses in the same neighborhood, she was frequently the only realtor who had prospective buyers attend her presentation. Through her skill and honesty, she procured a buyer even though other similar properties in the association were listed for less. She conducted fair and professional negotiations with the buyers resulting in a favorable amount. Throughout the closing process she paid particular attention to keeping the flow of documents going and informing me of the progress. Even after the closing, she insured that all dispersments were made in a timely manner and verified that I was notified. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication of Diane. She is the best.

Seller reviewI cannot imagine anyone being able to work harder for a client than Diane Krekorian did for us. Diane got the sale of our property during a downturn in the market. Her knowledge of the general market and the dynamics of the location were spot-on. I am glad we chose Diane Krekorian to handle the sale of our property and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Greater Sun City Center area, (but don't plan on getting any rest!! {and that is a strong compliment}). She is the best.

Buyer reviewDiane has an excellent reputation. Everyone I spoke to who had worked with her had the most positive things to say about her There was never a negative critiism of her. We were very impressed with her level of experience and her competence , so she was defiitely our first choice! We were working with Diane remotely so her help was so important to us She handled every aspect with such competence and such caring. Diane explained everything with great clarity. She helped us to negotiate the price we wanted, coordinated the inspection with our local family member and , even though we were not physically present, she brought us into every step of the process as though we were there. That was amazing work on Diane's part I really don't know how she was able to handle so many details....and to make it all understandble and very clear and coherent for us There were times we felt nervous but Diane has an amazing ability to keep things very calm We are grateful that she was available to work with us! Diane easily gets and excellent rating in every category We have bought and sold many properties and we rate Diane the very best broker ( and person!) we have ever worked with The best way we can say it is that we felt Diane treated us as family......with the love and care you share with family And, on top of her loving kindness, she is super competent! She never falters. Her energy is constant and she is very devoted to her clients and providing the highest level of performance. She is a loving pro!!!
