I am so happy to be working at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I have been a REALTOR® for over 20 years and have won many awards, surpassed many goals and love what I do! In my career I have achieved many designations and successes including Top 10 Producer, Top Referring Agent, Centurion Team Agent, Branch Sales Training Director, Office Image Award Winner and my very first year I was named Rookie of the Year. I am originally from Michigan and enjoyed several years in Colorado before settling in Southern California to pursue my Real Estate Career. I recently left Palm Springs California and moved here to Florida to take care of my parents and decided to get into the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant to better assist them. She is a great listener to determine what was important in finding the right home for us and was able to secure necessary services on a moment's notice for this quick, seamless and flawless home purchase. Her follow through on the details was also extraordinary! Diane remained not only accessible throughout the process of the contracts and closing, but reached out often just to make sure that any questions we had were answered. She could not have been a better guide through the entire process from start to finish. Diane remains involved in being there for us by stopping by to check on our new home until we move in. We could never expect this outstanding level of service in always being there for us, and we expect that our new friendship with Diane will continue after we move in and explore our new community. Diane is very personable as well as being an extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. We have dealt with real estate agents as buyers and sellers in the past, but never have we had the good fortune to work with a real estate agent of this fine character and calibre.

Seller reviewDiane was meticulous describing my home in the Listing....I know how important the photos are for the listing, and Diane hired a professional photographer that took amazing photos of my home, and even had photos taken by drone to show how close the house was to the beautiful walking path...she is extremely knowledgeable and easily answers every question with tact and skill...she is a treasure, and if you have the opportunity to list your home with her, you will be thankful, amazed, and extremely pleased; I know I am.
