Seller reviewWe are extremely happy with our selling experience with our Realtor, Diane Lominac. From the great advice concerning the listing price to her efficiency on closing day, she was the best. Of all the Realtors that we have had business with in the past, she by far, was the hardest working one who made sure that our home was showcased in the most important first few days. The photography and presentation of the sales materials were instrumental in setting our home apart from others. She brought in several of her own buyers to see the house which brought in even more buyers to see it. We received an offer within 10 days! Diane did a great job dealing with the buyers agent to "get the deal done".
