If all realtors were as professional, caring and committed as Diane, the buying process would be simpler for everyone! The housing market in my price range is very tight in the area I wanted to purchase and Diane was exceptionally thorough in researching and presenting available homes that fit my needs. In a very unusual circumstance, I lost out on 3 different houses due to timing, but she was just as committed on the fourth offer as she was on the first. That's the house I ended up buying and Diane Lominac's commitment to following through and communicating every step of the way was very appreciated.
