Seller reviewWe loved the personal connection, the trust we had for the agent, and the working knowledge of all the steps in selling a home. It was wonderful to feel like we could get answers when we needed them. To get feedback that was valuable. To have someone there to help us every step of the way that was looking out for us! Dianne Kangrga is personal and easy to work with. She loves what she does and it shows. She is patient in answering questions even when you have asked them before. She always wants what is best for her clients and is willing to negotiate on your behalf. All of these are very valuable! A great reason to chose Dianne Kangrga as well is her integrity! We have worked with other real estate agents who were ok, but she was willing to really help us.

Buyer reviewWe recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. When i tell you that having an extremely informed and detailed agent is important, i can tell you it is that much more important when you are moving 900 miles away. While we did fly down and look at a bunch of houses we ended up putting an offer on a house sight unseen. Meaning we had never been to the house. We did a video/facetime walk through with the listing agent. Then Dianne our agent also went to the house and did another one with us and put her eyes on the property for us as well. That combined with a very thorough home inspection gave us all the confidence we needed to move forward and buy a house that we had Never personally been to! While it maybe unbelievable to some, with an amazing and responsive buyers agent in Dianne Kangrga it was a smooth process. We highly recommend Dianne if you are looking for a realtor!

She made herself available at all times and provided excellent service. Because this was an out of state sale, she went the extra mile to make things easy for us. She held our hand through the entire process which added to our comfort level along the way. Selling a house in a different state can have it's challenges. Diane represented us and handled all aspects of the sale. When contractors were needed she stepped in to provide references, managed the work and provided all paperwork needed. It was a seamless transaction and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Diane's services and use Century 21 without hesitation again.
