In addition to recreational property, Dick also is very active in the listing and sales of residences; homes with acreage; city lots; acreage; timberland, and commercial property. Dick Bockemuehl is a lifelong resident of the community and is a member of a family that are pioneers of the local area. Dick is a graduate of the Newport schools, the University of Washington, Chevrolet School of Merchandising and Management, Mykut School of Real Estate, and numerous additional real estate continuing education seminars. Dick Bockemuehl has worked in sales and sales management for the past 43 years. Seller reviewI always felt like I could trust Dick and that was especially important as I was living on the other side of the state. He was very helpful.... going out of his way to call companies to do work in the cabin and even put up the carbon monoxide alarm I sent him. He would drive over to my cabin on the weekends I was there to touch base with me....I never had to go to him. He always had time to answer my questions and walk me through whatever I didn't understand or needed help with. It wasn't an inexpensive venture, but I was well taken care of.
