My first meeting with Dolce lasted almost three hours! She took this time to get to know me and get a feel for my needs. I wasn't even sure at the time that I was going to list my house, as other things needed to fall into place before I could do so. When I did list, a few months later, I knew Dolce was the realtor for me. Dolce had a plan for marketing my home and at a price that would yield the best possible results. She advised me about things I could do to make the home more appealing to the most buyers. I did everything she advised, and I had 5 offers in the first 6 days! If you hire a professional realtor and do not take their advice, it makes about as much sense as hiring an attorney to represent you, then leading your own defense! The sale of a home can be stressful, but Dolce addressed every issue with a positive attitude, calm demeanor, and never once failed to listen to my needs. Dolce is successful because she works hard and knows what she is doing. One other major reason for her success is that Dolce invests in her clients. She treated me like I was her only client, and went above and beyond my expectations. Dolce notified me of every aspect of the sale process and kept me in the loop daily! Dolce is the epitome of what a realtor should be. I would, and have, recommended Dolce to my first born! Trust is one of the biggest issues for choosing a realtor and you can trust Dolce with every single aspect of the process.

Dolce Ibarra was our agent for selling our old home and for the purchase of our new home. She is incredible! First about selling our old home... My home was listed and had 6 offers over asking within 2 days, we accepted one of the offers on day 3 - it just doesn't get any better than that!! What more could you possibly ask for?!
