Don was amazing. We had already relocated out of state for work, and he regularly stopped by the property to check on it after showings, even filled the pool with water when it was low. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. There are a lot of realtors to choose from. We met with three before listing our house. While one other had a good market analysis, she only has one other house listed. With a little probing I realized she has under five years experience and had sold less than 10 homes. The other traveled out of the country right after our meeting and was unreachable for two weeks, when I was planning to list, which she failed to mention at the meeting. Do your research. Hire someone with a portfolio of homes listed and recently sold. Don has an impressive list. Hire him and save yourself a lot of stress.
