Buyer reviewMy husband and I had worked with Donna Gannon on several sales and purchases of homes over the years since she became a real estate agent.. We felt she always made our needs a priority, and worked diligently to help sell or buy what was right for us. Donna Gannon is always very knowledgeable about the areas where she sells homes. She is on top of all paperwork that needs to be done, and sales are completed in a timely and efficient manner. I was in considerable contact with Donna over any issues that came up, and she was available to text or talk whenever I needed her. She made me feel like I was her only client.

Seller reviewI have worked with Donna Gannon on different sales and purchases since she became a realtor. She has always made my husband and myself feel she gave us priority treatment every time, always available for any questions, and to show us property at our convenience. I would not consider another agent as long as Donna is in the real estate business in this area, top notch realtor, and I recommend her to anyone needing real estate service. Donna Gannon went above and beyond to take care of any questions or issues I had. A week after we were under contract, I had my sewer backup into my master bath. I called Donna immediately, knowing she was on an out of town trip, and it was a Sunday. She immediately called me back with a number to call to have my sewer system checked. She helped me through the whole process until we found out the sewer system would have to be completely replaced. A lot had to happen to get this done before we could close the sale, but she and I walked through each stage together. As I say, Above and beyond!! I don't believe I could have found a realtor that would have been as helpful and concerned about my needs during this sale as Donna Gannon was. She is a top notch realtor, and it is so evident why she won all the awards she has for many years!
