She did a great job on the negotiations and I believe her skills got us several thousand more than we would have otherwise. Also, we were selling this remotely and she handled several things that were above and beyond her job as a realtor such as 1) getting into the house after the keys had been locked inside 2) scheduling and paying a house cleaner 3) going to the house to meet the movers Thanks for all your help Donna!
