Seller reviewFrom the moment we sat down with Donna Geba to discuss our listing, we knew we were in hand of the BEST. (after 7 lack-luster months with another Realtor) We've been told by many that listing a 'more expensive' second-home located in Sullivan County may take up to 2 years to sell...well, after 1 WEEK of Donna having the listing, we were in contract at the full asking price! She found the 'right' buyer, which made it a win-win all around. Donna is a hard working, knowledgeable, dedicated and patient real estate professional who went above and beyond keeping the deal moving forward during the difficult months of COVID-19.
