Seller reviewWe worked with Donna previously. Her work was always superb. I think the work on the sale was first rate at every single step of the process. Over time, on several transactions, including this one, Donna's professionalism, patience, tenacity and follow through are pretty much everything you could ask for. Actually more. (after 7 lack-luster months with another Realtor) We've been told by many that listing a 'more expensive' second-home located in Sullivan County may take up to 2 years to sell...well, after 1 WEEK of Donna having the listing, we were in contract at the full asking price! She found the 'right' buyer, which made it a win-win all around. Donna is a hard working, knowledgeable, dedicated and patient real estate professional who went above and beyond keeping the deal moving forward during the difficult months of COVID-19.
