Donna knows the area better than anyone and is very familiar with local law, boards and just everything that facilitates a sale or purchase I would highly recommend Donna Geba to anyone wishing to sell or purchase land, home, whatever is needed I know without Donna I could not have sold the property so quickly for such a good price...Donna is the reason I sold so quickly I knew Donna Geba's mother, and would never think of dealing with anyone else besides Geba Realty...they have been the biggest help in every way when purchasing various pieces of property, Donna is the best broker, and I appreciate everything she did during my last transaction. The only way Donna could improve is to make two of her!!!

It had been in our family for six generations and was most recently owned by five different family members and two estates thereof, spread across four states. So it was a complex sale to say the least. Donna's patience and professionalism helped see us through to a successful closing. Donna had to put up with my siblings and me as we tried to come to consensus over every detail of the listing and sale and otherwise bumbled our way through the process. You know how families can be. She was lovely through what must have been a trying process.
