Donna Geba is a beautiful woman, and a lovely person. Despite my personality, which may (does) make some folks uncomfortable, Donna was always pleasant and understanding. As an older couple, my spouse and I were unable to do many of the things which needed doing to properly show the house in a positive light. Donna did them. She moved furniture, arranged photos, really going the extra mile to show our house in the best light. Unfortunately, Donna's dark slacks did not mix well with the white cat hair which ruled our home; she just laughed it off, After I saw the photos of our house on the listing website, I wanted to stay, it looked so nice! Age, illness, infirmity, and adverse weather all combined to make our closing date much more uncertain than it might ideally have been. Donna is who we dealt with, and the face we saw, but I'm well aware that she has an extremely competent supporting cast. They all worked together to ensure an otherwise stressful, and, potentially sad point in our lives (we built the home and lived there for 27 years) turned out well. Many thanks to all involved. Oh, I may have forgot to mention this, but Donna got us more that our asking price, with her skillful management of negotiations.
