From my first outreach to Donna she was very professional in that she was prompt in returning my call, willing to answer many questions and very eager to set up an appointment to meet with us. She had to trudge a long way through the snow, on a very cold day, in order for her to show us the property that we were interested in. She was very knowledgable about the home and the housing market in the area. She make the transition very easy by giving recommendations for other professionals to assist us. During the course of the deal I had a few questions and concerns and she was very willing and able to answer and address these items.
