My house sold within 24 hours of hitting the market because Donna gave the listing a "coming soon" preview to other realtors. I had 3 people walk through on the first day, and the first people through wound up becoming the buyers. Donna was fantastic! Not only did she make the paperwork process go smoothly, she understood that this was an emotional event for me and made sure I was OK. She was very supportive and understanding! Whenever I texted her, she responded quickly, even during weekends and evenings. She even returned my calls from her hospital room when she injured her ankle. She went above and beyond through the whole process. Donna has a great reputation for being professional, but she also has a great personal touch. She understands that selling a home can be emotional and stressful and made sure I was not overwhelmed and all of my questions were answered. She made this process much easier than I thought, which was very important for me.
