Our house was a difficult house to sell because of the custom aspects built into it. Donna stuck with the process of showing and re-showing the house to several clients until the right buyer showed up and Donna completed the sale. Donna was most helpful in our sale as she was local and knew about the area. She was polite and easy to work with. I would recommend Donna Manetta because she was professional, and seemed to really care about our feelings of selling our house.

I have been working with Donna for a couple of years. She was recommended to me by another realtor as I needed someone who know the locations I wanted. My situation was tough as I live in AZ and my budget was tight. Donna met with friends of mine from NJ at first and then met with my cousin who lives in Wall on several occasions. I missed a few opportunities because I could not make up my mind but Donna did not give up on me. When I finally came upon the house I wanted Donna worked day and night, referred me to the team I needed to make this happen, attorney, bank, etc. I even came to know her daughter Gabriella who is now a realtor as well. They would send me pictures, videos, etc. Just when I thought I wasn't going to get the home as the owner can accept other offers it happened. Donna and her team worked day and night as there is a 3 hour difference between NJ/AZ. The entire team did up to the bitter end but Donna was always my go to person. If I couldn't reach someone I needed Donna would. I now own my home. I can't thank Donna enough and Gabriella. I feel like I know them yet I have never met them. Sight unseen I was able to get all the details. Now I am trying to get things done on my end in AZ. AZ summers are a bear and no one works estate sales and movers charge premiums. Donna even stepped in and tried to find me a realtor in my home town. I should be leaving soon for NJ - can't wait to live in my home and meet Donna and her family in person. You have a top of the line realtor! On a scale of 1-10 I give Donna 11. Like I said previously - she got an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Never made me feel like a stranger. Very personable. We used Donna's talents in the selling or our home such as her knowledge and we were very confident in her guidance at every step. She performed in the highest professional manner. She guided us all the way through and made helpful suggestions to help and improve the sale of our home. She was completely dedicated to getting our house sold and went above and beyond most realtors would do. Donna is honest, extremely conscientious patient and understanding. Donna is very easy to work with and excellent communicator. No matter what time of day she was always available to answer any questions that we may have. When selling our house it was not the easiest process, we have had nothing but issues with the buyers and Donna stepped in, calm and cool and made some phone calls and was able to get the process moving in the right direction. We were very lucky to have Donna on our side and with GREAT SERVICE like hers is not easily found anywhere. We would gladly recommend Donna to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home!!!
