Seller reviewDonna moved quickly. Before I knew it, I was preparing for the move! No grass grows under Donna's feet! With her husband Roy assisting in a very big way, the two were like two human tornadoes! These two were absolutely critical in the very early phases of getting my house up for sale and clearing out the clutter so it would look spacious and inviting to prospective buyers. This, I think, was the most important thing in the whole process. Without their persistent help, both physically and emotionally, I don't believe I would have sold my house as quickly as I did, if at all. I can't say enough good things about these two. Yes, Donna was the principle agent. But Roy, her husband, must receive as much credit for making this happen. I love these two. If I would ever move again, I'd want them back, running the show, in a heartbeat! I rate them at five out of 5 STARS. Extraordinary service from both.

Seller reviewDonna Meador went above and beyond answering all my questions and being there for me whenever I needed her. She even helped me sell my pool table that was in the middle of my living room by taking pictures to put up on the Craigslist site, I sold it within a couple weeks also. My condo was sold within a week and everything went smoothly.

Buyer reviewDonna responded quickly to all of our inquiries and requests. She continually worked in our best interest. Donna is quite friendly and easy to work with. Donna was out of town due to a death in the family. We had an issue and stopped by the Ankeny office. The folks there welcomed us and helped us resolve the problem. In addition, Donna's husband, Roy, was also a pleasure to work with.

Buyer reviewDonna knocked on my door a few years ago and I was impressed with her!!! Not pushy and was always available when I needed her!!!! Hope we don't move for a long time but if we do Donna will be our agent. She was excellent at handling any problems or concerns that came up.
