Donna helped us find the condo that was perfect for us and she was very patient with us. She helped us through the confusing paperwork and made the purchase experience easier for us to understand.

She responded immediately to all calls, texts, emails. She always kept us in the loop and because of her being "on the ball" and communicating so well, we trusted that she was doing her side of things and we didn't have to worry about checking up on her. She spoke to all of our neighbors and drove around the area to get a feel for our community and neighborhood before we went to each open house, very impressed with her dedication. We visited an open house on a Sunday afternoon. Donna Meador was the host at the open house. After a conversation about our needs and what we were looking for, that afternoon after the open house, Donna spent several extra hours that day showing us houses we were interested in. Over the next week, she was easily and readily available to show us houses, as we were driving in from out of town. She went above and beyond! We were so impressed with her friendliness, kindness and ability to understand what we were looking for and was so willing to show us houses we had selected on our list. She was a fabulous agent and was with us on every step of the journey, answering our questions and guiding us carefully through the process. Donna Meador excelled in her performance and knowledge of all matters relating to our purchase. Even when she was out of country for several weeks during our buying process, she arranged for another person to do follow up with us and checked her emails while out of country, knowing that she could follow up even via email as needed.
