Buyer reviewDonna sold my house quickly. I wanted her to help me find a new home that would meet my needs. She was willing to go searching for houses whenever I asked. I was able to purchase a house after a few days of looking because she understood what I wanted and narrowed the search down quickly. Donna explained the processes of buying a house. Her closer, Nate, willingly spent a long time thoroughly explaining the reasons and laws relating to closing costs. Donna was a joy to work with.

Seller reviewI had my house listed with another realtor and never had one showing. Donna was positive that my house would sell and sold it the first week. Being an older gentleman I know Donna went the extra mile to help me. She was patient and took a lot of time to help me understand all the paperwork and explained the process throughout each phrase of the process. Donna negotiated so I would be able to stay a few days longer after the sale to make my transaction to my new home go smoother. We became friends throughout the process. I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will call Donna.
