Seller reviewHaving to sell my recently passed father's home while I live out-of-state is already a challenge. I was referred to Donna Shipler from my dad's friend that had a wonderful experience. Though other agents were aiming to market to flippers, Donna understood my distain, and that I wanted to have this go to people that would fully appreciate the layout and the HOA ammenities. After emptying what I and a family member could, Donna worked her magic and got the place professionally cleaned, handled all the housing inspections, communicated with the HOA, and understood my limitations. She will do the work, no matter the weather or hour. My attorney even commented to me when she called him to follow up, "no, sorry, I haven't gotten to the email that you sent last night, this morning, yet." Her office is always open. House was posted on a Saturday, got asking offer Tuesday. Even managed to accomodate to push the move-in date early. If any local family ever has the need, I'm recommending Donna.

Buyer reviewThis was the best real estate experience I have had. Donna was the reason. She was technical, experienced, professional and extremely thorough. She was practical and did things way beyond what one would expect. She delivered boxes to my house to help with packing!!!! OMG she did just everything to help with this process. Closing was smooth. She went through everything with a fine tooth comb! She made it easy very little stress as she was there and completed everything step by step. It could not have been better. Donna Shipler is the best! Best real estate experience ever!
