Seller reviewI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Donna Swanzy to others. Because she's good at estimating property value we sold the house for the asking price. I also think the referral program Century 21 has set up is a great idea. I was able to get a referral for a good agent to help sell property near Fort Worth from an agent I know in California. Overall a great experience.

Seller reviewDecision to go with Donna was primarily due to the aggressiveness of her marketing campaign. We figured if she put forth that effort to provide mailers and gain customers she would exceed that level once one was a customer. As expected she did not disappoint. Donna was readily available to answer questions and help avoid/solve potential problems. Just wish we had her on the this end here in NC, as we look for a new home. Donna made the sales experience for us. We would recommend her and use her no matter whom she was with. We recommend Centry 21 Judge Fite doing the best they can to keep her as she is an exceptional brand ambassador.
