Also, she recommended a really, really good home inspector, Jim Mitchell, who would take time after each of the two inspections I had done to answer my questions forthrightly. Donna kept me aware of each step of the closing process. After I passed on the first home I had made an offer on due to a poor home inspection, Donna was totally accepting of my decision and stayed right with me as we went on to the next property.
