Donna realized that she was my eyes and ears since I was buying remotely. She gave me nice videos of the properties I was interested in and that was invaluable. Also, she recommended a really, really good home inspector, Jim Mitchell, who would take time after each of the two inspections I had done to answer my questions forthrightly. Donna kept me aware of each step of the closing process. After I passed on the first home I had made an offer on due to a poor home inspection, Donna was totally accepting of my decision and stayed right with me as we went on to the next property.

We were impressed on how Donna Swanzy showed up to our first meeting when we were interviewing realtors. She was very professional and prepared. She had her laptop to pull up any additional information on statistics in the area we asked about. She did her research before the meeting and was able to answer all our questions.
