After I met her, she was so knowledgeable of the market and friendly that I did not contact any other realtors to compare. I put my trust in Donna's suggestions, and she literally held my hand through an emotional process (my parents house) with great advice, wonderful contacts for home improvements, and a great sales outcome! Donna Swanzy gave great suggestions based on her knowledge of the market but did not "tell me what to do". She was always accessible for any questions and guided through the whole process calmly. Donna calmed my nerves enough to have patience to sell to the right person. Donna Swanzy played a HUGE role in the success of this sale, and I recommend her highly!

Seller reviewAfter 20 years in our much loved Southwest Fort Worth home we decided it was time to relocate to the Texas hill country. We knew it was a very hot sellers market in Fort Worth, and that good homes in this price range were selling well over list price as soon as they hit the market. Our home was in excellent condition with features not often found at this price point, so we feared it was going to be chaos as soon as it was listed. We needed a realtor who could leverage the best attributes of our home in this market and lead us to the right buyer without getting trampled in the process. We spent some time reading reviews and looking at the current listings and recent sales of many local realtors. After reading Donna Swanzy's glowing reviews and seeing how active she'd been recently in our area we knew we'd found our realtor. We called Donna on a Thursday morning. By Friday afternoon we'd hit the MLS. Saturday and Sunday were booked solid with private showings on top of an open house Donna held on Saturday. First thing Monday morning Donna sorted through a pile of 16 offers, nearly all significantly over list price. The offer we chose with the best overall outcome for us was $13,500 over the listing price. We simply could not ask for a better experience as a seller
