Buyer reviewDonna Swanzy really knows the local market, she scheduled an open house and had over 50 people show up in the 2 hour window. I had an cash offer for $12,000.00 over listing in 2 days time. Donna also helped me to locate my new home and was there 100% through that whole process also.
