Lets get busy and find you the perfect place to call home so you can start making memories! My name is Donna Towns, I have been with C-21 Scheetz for 21 yrs. I thoroughly enjoy the real estate business while always keeping in mind I am helping my clients sell their largest asset and make their largest purchase. Most of my business is repeat customers and referral business which says I must be doing something right. Formerly, I was a mortgage broker along with other various positions in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years. This experience has helped me serve my clients with more knowledge and understanding of the entire home buying process. I also was a stockbroker and in the banking industry for many years. On a personal note, I am married and I am the mother of 2 grown married men. I have enjoyed being their mother, getting them through grade school and college and am watching them now start their own careers and families. I have 4 beautiful grandchildren which keep me very busy when I have free time!! I am very proud of all them. I come from a very very very large, child oriented family where raising happy, productive children is the number 1 job. I grew up in the Indianapolis area and currently live and work in Zionsville. We had great recommendations about her from friends but what really impressed us during the interview was her personability and ability to make us feel heard. After working with Donna and finding our house, we were impressed with her time management skills. Any time we asked to see a house(s), she was able to plan our itinerary and meet with us in a timely manner. She was meticulous on initial inspections of houses and would give us her perspective on functionality as well as potential necessary fixes that may need to be done. If she didn't know an answer to a question we would ask, she would let us know and then get back to us with an accurate answer when she could. When it came to finally getting an accepted offer, she has a lot of experience in the mortgage world and helped us navigate in conjunction with our mortgage officer. We sincerely could not have done this process without Donna. She really went above and beyond and made us feel like we were her only clients. She has both wealth of knowledge in real estate as well a real passion for helping you find your home. Simply put, she knows how to get the job done smoothly.
