Buyer reviewDori seemed to "talk our language". She knew the area and really understood what we were looking for. There were times when we thought we would want to consider different properties but she steered us away from those because they, truly, would not meet our needs. it took us over 8 months to finally find the right home. She was so patient and willing to work with us, no matter what. The home we ended up getting is PERFECT for us, and she worked really hard to get the deal done quickly. Our escrow closed in less than 30 days. Dori was totally available to us, returning calls in a very timely manner, and sticking with us through thick and thin. She is awesome. She kept us in the loop with her schedule, and while I knew she had other clients in addition to us, I never felt like we were "second rate". I would strongly recommend Dori Regalia if you are looking to buy or sell in the Paradise/Magalia area, She will take care of you! I have already recommended her to friends and family.
