I appreciated Dorothy McGargill's straight forward and to the point approach to the sale. She kept me informed to what was going on as I live out of state and my brother in law lived in the house being sold. I think she did a great job.

I first called Dorothy McGargill looking to find information on home values as we were just made conservators of a family member and needed to clean out his house & sell the property. Even tho she knew we were not even close to listing the house, Dorothy came out to see if she could help us in any way.She was so easy to talk with & she gave us the names of contractors, painters, window repair companies, etc. to use. Without her help it would have taken us much longer to get the house ready to sell, since we were not from the Hemet area. We had talked with several agents from other companies that contacted us, but we were not as comfortable with them as with Dorothy. Ours was a pretty rough sale & escrow (time wise) since everything had to be approved by the courts, but Dorothy kept us, the buyers agent & the buyers informed all along the way, her staff Lori was a great help as well. I would definetly recommend Dorothy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I believe Dorothy McGargill truly enjoys her job and it reflects in her demeaner when you talk with her.

We choose Dorothy because of her character---a real straight arrow. She works hard to get the comparables for pricing,the sign order and the MLS write ups and photos done ASAP so listing gets off to best start.She ran open house ads and followed up with agents.She protected our interests and followed up with buyer's lenders on offers.This is our second Delightful Dorothy McGargill experience .We live out of state. She made the process easy. By the way ,office staff is very professional and polite and we've called often .Commendable.
