Seller reviewWe knew from our neighbors that Dottie was the best agent in the area, not only that she knows our neighborhood, but that she is honest, friendly and helpful in getting the house on the market. She knows her clients so well that she found a perfect match for our home. She kept us so well informed and helped with all of the paperwork. You are lucky to have her as your agent. She has a sense of humor putting up with our crazy puppy, Freddy. He kept chewing up all of her pens. Dottie handled all of the inspections keeping us well informed on every detail. Negotiations with the buyers were very friendly and fair. We always got a quick, friendly response when we called and Dottie was not in the office. The yard sign was very neat. Neighbors were interested in the progress and were interested in knowing when the house was sold. We could not have been more pleased. Leaving our home of 30 years is very hard, but everyone has been very kind and thoughtful and is making it easier for us.

Dottie takes a sincere interest in what you are looking for in a home and respects your opinion. She certainly makes the decision "your own", while offering helpful information and asking the right questions. She worked diligently from beginning to end. We couldn't have asked for anything more (except maybe help moving - oh wait I did witness her carrying a box or two!)
