All had a good plan, but Dottie was more interested in helping us get the very best price, based upon her knowledge of the other homes for sale in our community. She saw the potential for a better price for our home, by acknowledging the extras our home had. This is very important to the home seller. We had her full support from the day she listed the house until closing -- very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. She had good connections with the buyer's agent to be able to keep the process moving. She was always pleasant and most helpful, and we had a quick sale.
