Seller reviewDoug. Levy was the most prepared of the agents I interviewed. Throughout the sales process he was effective and kept me updated. As a disabled single woman he assisted in locating the personnel needed to prepare my home for sale to get the return on the sale. I would highly recommend his realtor services. Buyer reviewDoug has worked with me on three separate purchase transactions in Yuba County during the latter part of 2019. Two of the three transactions required a 1031 exchange. From the beginning, I have been very impressed with Doug's communication skills and his knowledge of residential real estate, in general, and the local market in specific. As a buyer's agent, Doug handled my transactions in an exemplary manner. His attention to detail, negotiating ability, and due diligence skills are incredible. I was simply amazed by the degree of his research and extra digging into all aspects of these transactions (e.g. Section-8 housing rules, building inspections, and building permit process for the rehab work done by the seller). Overall, Doug far exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent/broker. I have been extremely satisfied with Doug's professional service and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs real estate assistance and advice.
