I received regular communication from him keeping me informed of progress with prospective buyers. When I had questions he was quick to follow through with extensive answers and his opinions (based on experience) as to the most likely outcome of the negotiation process.

He arranged to have the photographs and inspections done as well as any other needs done quickly and efficiently. I know I wasn't, but felt at times as if I was his only client.
