He was easy to reach in there with me every step of the way in My Home by purchase when issues came up personally came over and helped even to the point my furnace was giving me problems so he cut firewood in my yard. Very personable and overall very satisfying customer service. If I plan to purchase another home in the area, I know I will contact him again.
