Seller reviewWe inherited a house in Sonoma but live in Texas. A very stressful situation to say the least. Duane Margreiter closed a challenging deal in an environment impacted by California wildfires, COVID, ice storms in Dallas and legal constraints with unsurpassed kindness and professionalism. He maintained outstanding communication between sellers and buyers, in addition to property tenants, and backup buyers. Our rather complicated deal finally closed in no small thanks to his remarkable commitment. Since we live out-of-state, there were countless things Duane did that were entirely unexpected, not at all a part of his job description, yet genuinely helpful. He worked really, really hard for us. Words cannot describe our relief and gratitude, this outcome would not have happened without Duane. I recommend him without qualification. Thank you, Duane and Century 21 Wine Country!
