The only reason I can not rate my experience as excellent is the finacial system used to return to me my initial earnest money deposit. Deluxe was used intially and it caused some issues for me. The issue was resolved but I dont think this portion of the service should be continued. I didnt enjoy receiving a check from a third party and do not think deluxe should be relied on in the future ro distribute client funds. However, Dunja and Ashley were excellent in resolving my issue. As this was my wife and I first home buying experience, as a couple, Dunja worked hard to ensure we were comforted along the way. Her honesty helped me to plan and aided in my decison process. I think the thing that I appreciate most about Dunja, is her willigness to view multiple homes in a moments notice. This helped us find the home of our dreams. Also, She has excellent people skills because I am not an easy person to get along with. Five Stars !?????

Dunja is young and "with it" when it comes to getting my listing out on media effectively. Her professional record keeping eliminated a big problem for me at closing.
