I have been married to my lovely wife for the past 28 years and we have 3 children and 5 grand children. Buyer reviewMy wife and I worked with several agents in our search for a new home - we were from out of the area and knew little about Citrus County; thus, we worked with several agents in different areas of the county - many of the agents made misleading or outright lying statements about homes, lots, and HOA fee's and other information. Needless to say, we were very discouraged. Then we met Dwayne Harrell. He was honest, diligent, and trustworthy. Unlike the other agents, he listen to our needs and brought us to several homes, within a few hours, that we would have purchased. We made an offer and then purchased a house. Dwayne acted as a go-between with ALL of our needs - this was very helpful since we lived almost 4 hours away. If you are looking for a straight forward and honest agent who will tend to your needs, then Dwayne is your agent. Thanks for everything.

Buyer reviewAfter retiring and relocating, I needed to find my daughter her own place. I told Dwayne what I wanted as far as size. location and safety. Dwayne knew the area, directed me to homes which would satisfy my daughters needs. While ensuring I would feel as if she was in a safe neighborhood. We looked at multiple address and were able to determine the first house he showed us was the one for her.

Buyer reviewDwayne is always professional and answers calls and emails immediately which is hard to find. I strongly recommend Dwayne for all your real estate needs. He knows the area and does not very a bunch of properties you didn't ask for.

After that strong start, he was flexible enough to dedicate entire days to driving around 7 counties looking at various investment properties. After the right property was found, he helped guide me through a complex IRC 1031 purchase process including closing. I would highly recommend Dwayne.
