Personal Profile
I spent years early in my career in the banking industry, and I believe that is what drew me to my career in real estate. Every day I worked with people, helping them with their financial decisions and making recommendations that would fit their needs according to their circumstances. It is during this period that I realized how much I enjoyed helping people. I've helped people in the same way in my real estate career. I listen to people, talk to them about their wants and needs, and we work together to make their dreams and goals a reality.
I started in real estate in 1976 as a sales agent listing and selling homes. After taking real estate law classes and sitting through many closings, I was asked to also become the Closing Officer/Manager at our office. I prepared closing documents and closed/disbursed transactions, as well as trained our agents. In 1988 I received my broker's license and in 1995, I purchased Century 21 from Nancy Keith and changed the name of the company to Century 21 Riverpointe, and in 2023 I turned ownership of the company to my daughters, Trista Cortis-Redfield and Tashia Redfield McEady.
I have enjoyed a great career in this industry, and I take pride in helping our agents and our clients achieve their goals. Seller reviewWe were very impressed with the professional handling in selling our parents property. E Ann Redfield of Century 21 Riverpointe knew the local area, property values and current market. She arrived with a folder containing information representing her company with all contact numbers and a description of the real estate service plan. This plan was handy to read at our leisure and answered any questions we had. Ann kept us fully aware with phone calls on each step in the selling our family home. Trusted resource people were provided when needed. An example of this were the photos taken to showcase both in and out of the home. They highlighted the homes features and were well done. Because the plan was organized and well executed the home was sold in less than 24 hours. Ann advised us on each step of the closing process. We feel the whole experience was a total success. Which helped us let go our family home of 59 years.

She was able to tell me how long to expect something to take, what the process would involve etc. Being able to trust her to know exactly what she was doing and have my best interests when I clearly did not know what I was doing meant everything to me.
