Seller reviewAfter receiving 2 offers on the property within 10 days of listing, the house sold for above the asking price and the transaction was complete within approximately 8 weeks. Everything went much quickly and smoothly than I expected, and Ed kept me up to date on what was going on and was always available for any questions I had. His knowledge was very reassuring and allowed me to not stress over any aspect of the process. I never doubted he was acting in our best interest and actively marketing our property.
