When I was looking for a house, Ed spent a lot of time interviewing me. He is a good communicator and had a clear picture of the style of house in the type of neighborhood I was seeking. I felt comfortable being honest with Ed. He made several recommendations of houses he thought I might be interested in. And finally it happened, I found it. Ed made the entire house-hunting search fun and buying process uncomplicated. He explained all the steps along the way and did all the legwork. I would recommend Ed Fayette as an agent because he is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. His reputation speaks for itself. He is also one heck of a great guy!

Ed Fayette is a very good listener and understands the market. After a short conversation over the phone, he quickly understood my needs and offered other listings to consider in addition to the one I called interested in. I purchased one of his suggested listing. As a first time home buyer, Ed did a great job guiding me through the entire process. Very friendly, knowledgeable, accessible and not "pushy". It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend Ed to anyone interested in purchasing a house.

Top notch service all the way! Ed is deserving all of high ratings. Agent explained the entire buying and selling process very clearly.
