Buyer reviewWe recently moved back to New York after living out of state for several years. We've worked with 3 different realtors (including Ed Fayette) between the purchase/sale of our out of state home and the purchase of our new home. We wished that we could have used Ed for all of our transactions! His knowledge and insight of the buying/selling processes, as well as his overall demeanor, were above and beyond anything we had experienced before. He communicated with us on a regular basis and we were never left wondering what was happening. He provided different perspectives during the viewings without trying to sway us towards a particular property, which we greatly appreciated. I felt comfortable being honest with Ed. He made several recommendations of houses he thought I might be interested in. And finally it happened, I found it. Ed made the entire house-hunting search fun and buying process uncomplicated. He explained all the steps along the way and did all the legwork. I would recommend Ed Fayette as an agent because he is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. His reputation speaks for itself. He is also one heck of a great guy!
