Ed was amazing, he really made sure we were looking at homes that would work for us. He made sure to do research before a showing and if he thought it wasnt a good fit he'd tell us ao that we weren't wasting time looking at houses he thought we wouldn't like and we trusted his judgment. He's a great realtor and really knows what he's doing!

I was referred to Ed Fayette by a relative. He answered my call promptly. His personality, attentiveness and knowledge confirmed I would be working with the right broker. Ed displayed a wealth of knowledge about the inner workings of houses he showed us. He was patient as we walked through houses, allowing for the time we needed to make important decisions. We appreciated that he was so established in the community he was able to provide us with referrals to contractors and other workers. Any interaction with Ed was a pleasure! He was always cheerful regardless of weather conditions as we viewed houses! When with Ed he was fully attentive to us - there were no distractions pulling him away from us. Ed was very prompt in responses to phone, text or email. Ed displayed empathy with an understanding of how stressful the process can be for a potential buyer. His personality, patience and knowledge instilled our confidence in him which contributed to our reduction in stress!

Ed Fayette was excellent, working with us on our timeline and giving good advice for preparing the property to sell, which we followed. After an offer was accepted his knowledge of local services and offices (septic, lawyer, etc.) was excellent, and we used every recommendation he made.
