As a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area, I am eager to help you sell or purchase your home. I am familiar with our area and feel fortunate to live in such a versatile and dynamic region. With over 34 years in corporate management, I have learned the importance of listening to my clients to determine their true needs. We will work together through the entire transaction to make it as smooth as possible. I have also learned that communication is critical, so my promise is to be accessible and responsive. I live in Spotsylvania County with my wife and two teenage sons. As a life member of local volunteer fire and rescue companies, I believe in giving back to our community. Seller reviewEddie was incredibly prepared when he came by to present his strategy to sell our house. He was friendly, organized and had a clear game plan that included top of the line marketing materials and photography. He was very down to earth and explained everything in layman's terms so that we didn't feel overwhelmed by the selling process. Eddie has a ton of patience, because I can be a bit of a worrier. He was always reachable via phone, text or email without any trouble. If he couldn't take my call, he would message me when he'd be available to speak, so I didn't have to wait and wonder. He went above and beyond my expectations in all aspects of the process and I am more than pleased with the results. In fact, everyone I met at C21 office was very welcoming, professional and funny! A great team!
