Seller reviewEdgar was a very good negotiator and kept us appraised as to all nearby comparable sales. His estimate as to the fair market value of our property was very good. He was helpful in advising us as to what things needed to be done or not done to sell the house and had a good list of people who helped us get these things done in a timely fashion.

Seller reviewHE WAS AVAILABLE FOR ACCESS TO VARIOUS VENDORS, EX. PG&E, ROOFERS, CLEANERS, ETC. HE HANDLED ANY AND ALL THINGS THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO THE HOUSE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. ANY DELAYS WERE CAUSED BY ME AS HE WAS ALWAYS ON TOP OF ALL POINTS. ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, IT WAS EXPLAINED, AHEAD OF TIME, TO EDGAR THAT I WAS ON DIALYSIS AND COULDN'T DO BUSINESS ON CERTAIN DAYS OF THE WEEK. HE DIDN'T CALL OR DISTURB ME ON MY SICK DAYS, ALWAYS VERY CONSIDERATE TO MY CONDITION AND TO THE FACT THAT I WAS SO FAR AWAY. I WOULD HIRE HIM AND RECOMMEND HIM ANY TIME.
