I recently read that relationships are the cornerstone of success. Edgar embodies that. Edgar was exceptional at creating a relationship with us. Edgar demonstrated the ability to allow us to move at our pace and being supportive at the same time. When I needed something Edgar jumped on it right away. Since day #1 talking to Edgar about buying a home, I knew he was going to be our person. Edgar, is very well versed and knowledgeable on everything pertaining to real estate, which put my nerves at ease. Edgar answered all of our questions and would call to notify us regarding every step. The most important thing for me that Edgar did for my family and I, is that he had faith in us. Edgar was amazing when it came down to closing and escrow. He took care of gathering paper work and delivering it to the escrow office. Edgar was by far a fantastic realtor. He made our first purchase so delightful. I hear nothing but horror stories from other buyers. In all honestly my realtor was nothing but professional and caring. He showed compassion. Not once did we get the feeling that he was just trying to make a sale. He genuinely cared about us. You can't teach that. Once again, Edgar was amazing. He wasn't just our realtor he became family. He was caring, compassionate, and understanding. There wasn't a time where he wasn't available. I can truly say he cared about his clients more then he cared about his sale. He made sure we were happy and he was phenomenal at explaining everything. This has to be one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had when purchasing anything in my life. I am truly thankful to have chosen Edgar as my realtor.

First and foremost I want to thank Edgar Navarro for helping us make our dream of home ownership a reality, saw this somewhere but it's true "You don't sell houses, you make dreams come true". We were referred to Edgar by my mother in law as she had just closed on a home and was very happy with Edgar's professionalism and knowledge. We have to say the same was true for us in our journey to purchase a home. We even got compliments from the selling agent for having such a friendly, communicative, thorough and professional agent. He was the ace up our sleeve and what made the difference to assure the house we really wanted for sure! Personally we really enjoyed Edgar's persistent communication to update us on any news, making sure we understood next steps and his availability to talk whenever we had any questions. His charisma and easy-going positive attitude really stood out to us, we definitely feel we gained a friend which is great! We made the decision to purchase our home in the city of Palmdale, CA which is probably out of his market area but that was no obstacle for Edgar and his overall knowledge in this industry, he went above and beyond to research, set up open houses and did the drive out there to get us the house we wanted. The process of being a first time home buyer can be a bit stressful, there were many times we thought about how hard it would be if we didn't have someone like Edgar in our corner to help us through but thankfully we did and it really made a great difference to have him cheering us on and bringing us positivity and reassurance. I will come back to Edgar for any future real-estate transactions and I would encourage anyone else to as well. Thanks again Edgar from both of us. We really got the million dollar view after all...

Trabajar con Edgar Navarro fue todo un placer, yo soy dueña de negocio y no manejo. Le agradezco mucho a Edgar que el venía a mi cuando no tenía manera o tiempo de ir a su oficina para firmar papeles importantes. Tuvimos un escrow largo y complicado y Edgar me mantuvo emocionada y motivada cuando empesaba a perder el ánimo.
