I have used other realtors over the years to both buy and sell property. All were very competent and professional people, but there service was pretty much all the same in most respects. Edie Grassi services were above that of all other realtors I had ever used. My circumstances in selling my house were a little different than they had ever been before, in that I was going to have to go on and move out of the country before my house had sold. I had a friend that was going to watch the house and take care of it and the yard.I found out though that Edie was also going over to the house fairly often to make sure everything was ok inside and out. My friend happened to go by one day while Edie was there and he told me Edie was outside when he got there, pulling weeds out of the plant beds. That impressed me, I could not imagine any other realtor I had previously used doing anything like that. Edie just was always on top of things ,and notified me and kept me up to date in my absence. A small tornado hit the area, it did no house damage but it did knock over quite a few trees and Edie took pictures and video and emailed to me to let me know what had happened. I have already reccomended her to a builder friend of mine and would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Edie may not pull weeds from your plant beds, but dont be surprised if she does.
