Seller reviewWe closed on a home in Westville, OK last week. When we were considering a realtor our first priority was to sale our home quickly and get the best value possible out of our home. After some research on the internet we quickly learned that Edna Kimble had an amazing track record and the most sells in our area. From our very first meeting we were very impressed. She did her research before meeting with us (checking comps close by and all other properties in the area that were currently listed). She knew exactly what we should list our home for and felt confident she could help us meet that goal. She had our home listed that same afternoon. Her marketing of the home was excellent (photography and video for FB, realtor listings, etc...). She also has a large group of contact agents that she immediately reached out to as well.
