Seller reviewWe closed on a home in Westville, OK last week. When we were considering a realtor our first priority was to sale our home quickly and get the best value possible out of our home. After some research on the internet we quickly learned that Edna Kimble had an amazing track record and the most sells in our area. From our very first meeting we were very impressed. She did her research before meeting with us (checking comps close by and all other properties in the area that were currently listed). She knew exactly what we should list our home for and felt confident she could help us meet that goal. She had our home listed that same afternoon. Her marketing of the home was excellent (photography and video for FB, realtor listings, etc...). She also has a large group of contact agents that she immediately reached out to as well. She somehow manages to make you feel like you are her only customer. She is knowledgeable, patient, and available when you need her. I would without hesitation recommend her. Seller reviewI was selling my elderly mothers home. I don't live in the area so everything had to be handled via phone and email. It was difficult from start to finish because of old title problems, Mom kept turning the utilities off etc. Edna stuck with it as if it were a million dollar sell when in fact it was a very small sell. I would highly recommend Edna and Century 21.
