We never really thought that we "needed" an agent other than for marketing purposes. However, for the first time ever we were proven wrong. Our deal was difficult from the very beginning and we realized through the time that it took for our deal to actually close that the agent you pick DOES matter. Edna went above and beyond from difficult negotiations to the long drawn out process of closing. She definitely changed our view of the need for picking the right realtor and what it actually means for someone to have your back when times get tough. We can't say enough good things about Edna.
