Seller reviewI researched to find the top selling agent in our area. Edna Kimble easily popped up to the top! We listed our house late in the summer while I was still doing spruce up work. I worked through the fall and then we wanted to stop showing the house as we didn't want to move during the school/winter session. She was very accommodating to our need to remove our property from the market for the winter. We all made a plan to resume our listing activity in mid February and start off with an open house. While she was putting up the directional sale sign, another agent asked permission to show our house and made and offer and we accepted! The open house wasn't necessary! That's a pretty good response to a pretty good plan which was initiated at just the right time by a great realtor! As my husband would say at the business school, "Just in time inventory management is the best."
